Rich in vitamin C. Great for an immune boosting tea for the flu season. And it's in my backyard! I have used the following rosehip tea recipe to effectively reduce the duration of a cold. It works!- Bring 2 teaspoons of cut hips with 3/4 cup of water to boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Strain.
- Sweeten with agave or stevia.
- Infuse with fresh peppermint and dried lavendar flower.
- Serve
