3 Organic Cow 1/2 Gallons
1/2 block cheddar cheese
8 eggs
3/4 gallon orange juice
Jelly
Peanut Butter
Cream Cheese
Mustard
Caesar Dressing
Romain Lettuce
2 large sweet potatoes
1 lb ground turkey
12 apples
1 bunch broccoli

MENU:

MONDAY
       Breakrast - Oatmeal with apples and O.J. to drink (1/4 juice, 3/4 water)
       Kids' Snack - Apples and cheese and water to drink
       Lunch - Pasta Primavera (red and green peppers, capers, onions, and peas) and blueberry juice (1/4 juice, 3/4 water) to   
       drink
       Kids' Snack - Dried Cranberries, Cheerios and cup of milk to drink

       Dinner - Sweet Potato Turkey Meatloaf and broccoli, with water to drink
       Dessert - Apple Pie
      
TUESDAY
      Breakfast - Oatmael with appleas and OJ
      Kids' Snack - Goldfish crackers and Milk
      Lunch - Blue Corn Chip Nachos with Ground Turkey and  Cheese
      Snack - Apple Pie
      Dinner - Chicken, Rice, and Carrots
      Dessert - Ice Cream

WEDNESDAY
     Breakfast - Oatmeal with apples and OJ
     Snack - Cheese, Cranberries, Apples
     Lunch - (at a friend's) Grilled Cheese, Strawberry Yogurt, and Milk
     Snack- Animal crackers
     Dinner - Pizza with Red Peppers and Green Peppers
     Dessert - Butter cookies
